    Select yarn based on feel, ingredients, and budget. Confirm color cards and batch variations during the sampling phase.

  • Proofing and Retouching

    Make a sample first to verify dimensions, density, and neck/cuff elasticity before proceeding with bulk production.

  • Grading and Mass Production

    Grade according to size ranges for target markets; confirm key dimensions in writing before bulk production.

  • Private Label & Packaging

    Main labels, care labels, hang tags, plastic bags, and cartons shall be produced according to the approved artwork.

  • Inspection and Export Documents

    Pre-shipment check: verify dimensions, workmanship, quantity, and packaging; coordinate with packing list, invoice, and other documents.

How to advance a contract manufacturing order

  1. Send style and quantity

    Provide reference images, samples, or technical documents. Specify the target market, yarn preferences, and estimated quantity.

  2. Confirm Yarn and Sample Garment

    Confirm yarn, color, gauge, and dimensions to proceed with sample production; revise based on feedback.

  3. Quotation & Timeline

    Provide pricing, minimum order quantity, and timeline based on final specifications, quantity, and packaging.

  4. Production, Inspection, and Shipment

    Report progress by milestone. Complete dimension and packaging inspections and organize documentation before shipment.
